Information we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, organization, email, phone, venue, date, and brief description you choose to share. We collect no automatic identifiers beyond standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) used for routine site operation.

We do not use third-party advertising trackers. We do not sell or share personal data with marketing networks.

How we use it

Submitted contact information is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and operate the project if engaged. We do not add submitted addresses to mailing lists without explicit opt-in.

Retention

Enquiries that do not result in engagement are retained for up to twelve months for follow-up, then deleted. Project records are retained per applicable Indian tax and accounting law.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you by contacting [email protected]. We respond within thirty days.
