Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HANGAR Media and Events website at hangarmediaco.com (the “Site”) and any enquiry you submit through it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit enquiries through it.

HANGAR Media and Events (“HANGAR”, “we”, “us”) is a sole proprietorship based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra, India, providing technical production services for live events, broadcasts, and permanent installations.

Information on the Site, and any quotation or discussion that follows an enquiry, is provided for general information and does not constitute a binding offer. A binding engagement arises only upon a separate written project agreement signed by both parties, which defines the scope, fees, timelines, deliverables, and liability for that engagement. Where that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the project agreement prevails for that engagement.

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access to it or its systems, submitting unlawful or knowingly false information, transmitting malware, or using automated means to scrape, copy, or overload the Site beyond what these Terms and our published crawler directives permit.

The HANGAR name, the pinwheel mark, the brand lockup, and all text, design, photography, and code on the Site are owned by or licensed to HANGAR and are protected under applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute them beyond fair-use editorial reference without our prior written permission. Work product created during an engagement is governed by the relevant project agreement.

The Site relies on third-party infrastructure (for example, Cloudflare for hosting and security and Resend for email delivery) and may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HANGAR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Liability arising from an engagement is governed exclusively by the relevant project agreement. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

You agree to indemnify and hold HANGAR harmless against claims, damages, and costs arising from your unlawful use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Site or these Terms.
